We put our name on the list, so we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Our server (I think her name was Hailey) was... very attentive, despite being so busy. I hope they won't take this as an insult, but my pizza (chicken, green pepper, onion)was incredibly delicious - because it tasted almost like a Digiorno pizza that is no longer being made (Spicy ChickenSupreme)! We were greeted at the door (Mike I think the GM). We wanted to sit at the counter to watch the cooking in the brick oven. He... told us we couldn't sit there that it was only for people waiting for a table. My husband went to the restroom, and commented toMike about something about the restaurant (nothing bad..it was just our first time there) and he was very rude asking " what doyou mean?". For a GM this is really bad. It is a very nice place with a very good selection of wine and drinks.We sat in the bararea and had GREAT service by Justin and Samantha. My husband had bottled beer and I had a chocolate martini (yum). We hadtruffle frys for the appetizer and they were very good. We had the supreme pizza that the seasoning was very overwhelming, thecrust was really good. It was my husband's birthday and Samantha brought him his dessert with a candle in it. Which was verynice of her. From what we saw all the staff was being very attentive and friendly to the guests. The only person that wasunpleasant was Mike (even appeared to be the same way to some of the staff). For us this was a 1 and done... But JUSTIN ANDSAMANTHA are top notch they get 5 star rating. Came here around 4:30 on a Friday, no line, got seated immediately and our server (the bartender) was great! She knew the menu... well and was able to direct my wife and I to her favorites. We both got pizzas, cheese curds and drinks. Pizzas were good, butthe cheese curds were AMAZING, they?re odd small cubes of cheese unlike any I?ve had before but were very good. My wife had ahouse white wine and I was recommended by our server to try a peach sangria they were testing out. This sangria was PHENOMENAL.If I were to put anything on the must try menu for anyone coming it would be the peach sangria and cheese curds. Came into Yorkville to do some shopping and decided to stop in at Parma for the first time. Wood fired pizza with a large... selection of wines and adult beverages. We stared with the dough nuggets which we?re fried dough balls drenched with garlicbutter and rolled in Parmesan. There were really good and a huge portion for 2 people. We went with the Supreme pizza thatincluded pepperoni, sausage, bacon, onions, and bell pepper. I left off the mushrooms. Very good as well, thin crust with crispedges. Ashley greeted us and was very much a breath of fresh air, she asked if we like a table or booth we replied is the outside... available for sit-down? She goes actually I'm serving outside! The pizza is great. We never knew, but if you dine in with kids, they have kid friendly pizza dough they bring to the table. A... bit messy with the flour, but such an awesome idea that kept our 4 year old busy the whole time! Read more
