I have been a loyal customer here for over 20 years. The service i received tonight was horrible and waited over an hour for... carryout pizza. They are charging outrageous card transaction fees credit or debit. The quality of the food has gonedownhill also. I am officially done here. Read more
They tell you your food will be ready for pick up in 40 minutes but guess what it not true, at all. Going on one hour standing... here in line waiting for a pick up and still five people way. And I tipped 10% never again. They might be short on staff butthey don?t account for it. The management of this place is terrible. The food is good but??. Read more
Food tasty, the service sucks. Waited 10 minutes to be served in an empty restaurant with only two individuals at the bar. They... didn't have a beer menu which was inconvenient as I wanted to see the options. I often eat in once a month with my family and Ihave noticed the service staff is always different, which makes me wonder if the management treats and trains their employeesproperly. Read more
I use them alot when I hit a super busy day in life. The pizza is good, love the wings, and if you get the salads they are... enough to feed an army. I normally do delivery and the drivers are always kind. This last time I went they were pretty busy atleast from the pick up side. The customers were patient and gal at the counter was very nice. We and the family wanted to go for dinner today, I was very dissatisfied they way the servers interacted with us. It was a busy... day. One server approached me and said there's a waiting to dine in, then he left me at the door. Then another server walked byme and only said "we're not sitting anyone anymore" and left me there. I understand they were busy but courtesy and customerservice comes a long way. The food is great there iblove the pizz, but today they let me down. Read more
Little disappointed in the service. Once I was sat at a table. After 10 minutes a server came over my order was simple side... salad and the 3 cheese baked penne and a unsweetened tea. Took a while to get the drink. The. After 10 minutes or so I get mysalad then the pasta came. Never seen my server again until he brought the bill. No refill on the drink. The place was slow onlymaybe 3-4 tables in the whole place. Now the food. The pasta was really good and the sauce was nice. The cheese was good I. Thebeginning but if you don?t eat fast it becomes hard once it cooled down. Didn?t like that. I?m a fast eater so it wasn?t sittingto long. Would of have a better score if it wasn?t for the service. I reviewed this place back in April when I was in town from Virginia... I thought their stuffed pizza was amazing and the... delivery was friendly and quick... I am back in town again and decided to go back and give them business.. I got the lasagna andmy grandmother got this spaghetti and meatballs both dishes were really good... And helping was more than either of us canfinish. each dish came with about a six or seven inch long piece of garlic bread and I also ordered a side salad and cheesebread... Their cheese bread order comes like a medium Pizza sliced so you get a lot and it was good... The only reason I'm goingto take this down a notch for my stars it's because I ordered a side salad and it was not in my order and I didn't realize ituntil I got home, I just trusted my to go order would be correct, shame on me I know you should always check it... But.... I didcall them and their response was fine that they were going to credit me $5... But I haven't seen the credit yet so I doubt thatit will be remembered... So maybe my suggestion is just make sure you have all of your food before the outside of the good andthe people are really nice... Read more
