The food was awesome. We had the pulled pork dinner. Their original & spicy sauces are great on the pork. The pork was a very... generous portion. We could not finish the meal because you get so much. The fries were crispy and tasty. My son got the kid'sribs meal. He enjoyed it. Rib tips nice and flavorful tender I just wish they gave you more! Mashed potatoes didn't come with gravy was extremely bland... tasted like it was from a box. The macaroni was extremely stiff and flavorless cheese was pasty. Read more
Nice location and decent service, but sadly the meat was subpar. Nice large portions, but just not great, barely good. We had... brisket, pulled pork, and chicken and it was all very dry and the brisket was very tough. The best food we had was thefries...and when that is the case at a BBQ joint, that is a problem. I normally don't write reviews but I had to make an exception with Smokeys since I had a very nice experience. The food is... delicious they have by far the best sandwich, burgers and fries. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is reallygood. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!!! Read more
I ordered my food thru the drive thru it seemed like the person taking the order could NOT hear what I was saying bc I ordered 2... dinners w/fries & 2 mac & cheese bc he stated it comes with a side.. it seemed like he understood but I double checked at thewindow bc the total was too low for 2 dinners so he ended up charging me $35 for both apparently he did not hear me well?anyways as I dropped the dinners off and went about my day I was made aware that there was 4 mac & cheeses NO FRIES. Mind youthis is THE SECOND TIME I?ve been here and they messed up the order.. I call the Manager who claims is the owner which I assumeher name is Magdalena and the first time I called they hung up.. I could hear her in the back hounding the guy who I wasspeaking with asking him what I wanted and what the issue was.. I ended up calling FIVE TIMES and each time they declined untilthe last attempt she answered.. she answered with an attitude and was REFUSING a refund for messing up the order. I show up tothe restaurant and SHE IS BY FAR THE WORST MANAGER/OWNR I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! She doesn?t care to do the right thing itseemed like all she cared about was her profits for the day..
