Worst service I have ever had there in over 20 years of eating here and taking out. The girl at the counter gave us nothing but... an attitude, she had no idea of what she was doing. Had to wait 20 minutes just to try to pick up my food and it was super slowlate on a Sunday evening. Our steak and greens sub was half of what it usually is in size and looked like someone ran it over inthe pouring rain. I brought the sub back in and received an enormous attitude from the girl at the counter and the gentlemanworking the oven up front. I got a refund and the girl at the counter told me to go somewhere else!!!!!! Well I guess Venicepizzeria doesn?t mind losing long term customers now. Absolutely disgusted Read more

I have never had a bad meal from Venice or met someone that has. In my opinion they have the best pizza in at least a 40 mile... circumference. Their other offerings are superb. The eggplant parm is made in-house, which is rare. Read more

Dear owner, i think Venice Pizza is best pizza because it is so soft and chewy who doesnt like that. And the subs are so good... when they make them they add the most perfect amount of ingredients. Lastly the workers are so nice when i went to go get myfood they where so nice. Sincerely, a very satisfied customer Read more

We went there at 1145am on Sunday. When we got there, there were a few people ahead of us ordering at the counter. We placed an... order for two steak subs and the girl asked if it was to dine in or to go. We told her it was to dine in. We sat down and waitedabout 30 minutes. We were the first people to sit down and within a couple of minutes the dining room filled up with customers. After about 25 minutes literally every table had their food but us. I went to the counter to inquire why it was taking so longthinking that possibly the order was missed. The girl told me that they didn't open till noon and they had just turned thegrille on. We found that odd because everyone else had already been served and secondly no one said anything to us when weordered. I sat back down and about 5 minutes later I flagged down an employee as he walked by. I asked to speak with a managerand he said he was a manager. He was very short and unpleasant to speak with and was condescending as I politely inquired as towhy it was taking so long. His only answer was, "if you want your money back, I'll give you your money back". Zero apology andhe acted like we were bothering him. Venice used to be a great place to go. If this is the new way to deal with customers I'llgo elsewhere with my money. Read more

First, I would like to say I love Venice but lately the customer service has been progressively getting worse. It used to feel... welcoming and now each time I pick up the food, I feel as if I?m bothering the workers & being rushed. I understand it?s arestaurant and sometimes a stressful environment but it shouldn?t be taken out on the customers. I ordered a chicken riggieorder, it?s always phenomenal but the size of the garlic bread they give you, couldn?t even fill up a toddler. Read more

My boss had told me about this good pizza joint while doing a delivery route out this way. We stopped by for lunch before... leaving, and it was pretty solid. Thin and crispy slices with nice flavor, I?ll definitely stop by on occasion when I?m out thatway! Read more
