This Wendy's is always quiet and the food beats most other fast food in the area, but no matter how hard we ask for "extra" of... something on a sandwich, employees are stingy for some reason. The local BK and Five Guys, by comparison, have no such problem. Read more
Came by yesterday, and everything was good, except for one thing. As I got near the soda machine to fill my cup, a girl came... from the back with 3 cups and got right in front of me making me wait on her before I could get my soda. I came back thismorning at 0945 and ordered inside. After waiting at the counter for a couple minutes, I finally see a manager come up andsays someone will be with me shortly. Another minute later a guy takes my order and tells me it will be a few minutes on thecoffee because he has to make it. Really? The lobby opened at 0900, so they should have had coffee ready. I'm sure the drivethru had coffee made. The manager gave me my sandwich and fries, and the fries were barely warm. Then I see water on the floorin front of the soda machine, which was there yesterday, and no wet floor sign out. After 30 minutes of eating in, no one evenmade an attempt to mop the water up. It was pouring rain. By the time I paid, got my change and food I was soaked and also the inside of my car. Why do you not have... a overhang for rain/snow etc.at the drive thru. Read more
We love Wendy's and used to go to the location in Yorkville, but the last few times they tripled the salt on our fries, making... them inedible. I noticed a worker kept looking into our car from behind the window employee. Then he'd go out of view. I thinkhe is purposely over salting as some sick joke. Read more
This is usually a pretty slow Wendy?s . Seems to of gotten better with in the last month or two. AlwAys slow
Bacon Cheddar is tasty. Far better than the cold BK Whopper I had on the weekend. Not sure if they released their new fries yet.... What I had didn't taste very different. I also strongly advise against trying the Raspberry Diet Coke flavor ???? Read more
