Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa offers high-end dining experience. If you plan to eat there I would definitely make reservations... especially on Friday night because of the buffet serving New York strip and various seafood as well as on Saturday which getsreally packed for all you can eat Prime Rib. The restaurant is beautiful with an amazing view and feels high end. The food is not high end. The $27 shrimp and grits were... some nicely cooked grits with overcooked shrimp in what tasted like marinara sauce. Trout was a little overdone but not bad.Rice was gummy. Green beans were raw but somehow also burned. If the food was as nice as the actual restaurant we would be backevery time we come through, but we won't be coming back. Read more
