Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa offers high-end dining experience. If you plan to eat there I would definitely make reservations... especially on Friday night because of the buffet serving New York strip and various seafood as well as on Saturday which getsreally packed for all you can eat Prime Rib. Good guest service especially in the spa and restaurants. Pool and water facilities average and not super well maintained. Golf... course and wedding pavilion beautiful. Excellent food, great atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. I've been coming here for the last 15 years when I visit my... grandparents and this is always a stop for us when we are in town. The restaurant is beautiful with an amazing view and feels high end. The food is not high end. The $27 shrimp and grits were... some nicely cooked grits with overcooked shrimp in what tasted like marinara sauce. Trout was a little overdone but not bad.Rice was gummy. Green beans were raw but somehow also burned. If the food was as nice as the actual restaurant we would be backevery time we come through, but we won't be coming back. Read more
