Disappointed with this Bob Evans - did not look busy at 5:30pm on a Sunday, no waiting at the door, BUT was told by the hostess... upon entering that it would be about 15 minutes to be seated as there is only one waitress - what the heck, really??? And theother help there (hostesses) couldn't step it up a bit?? Whoever manages this place should have a serious discussion with thestaff - you are losing business to the other restaurants around you! Read more
Super friendly server. Cooks were loud...particularly one that I could hear word for word as she was shouting to others. My... families meals were good. this morning at Bob Evans was very nice. it was my first time visiting and eating food from this place, so i didn't know what to... expect. when i sat down with some other guests in my party, we were asked to what to drink, and then what to eat (which isnormal). the wait time is pretty quick, so i can't complain about that. once i got my food, i enjoyed it greatly. however, someof the food's quality wasn't the best. the grilled chicken i ordered was likely overcooked, as it was tough and hard to chew. inaddition, the potatoes/home fries weren't the best either (idk how to describe it). there aren't any other complaints, though. iwould recommend this to a friend if they wanted some good food. Our server was so friendly so that was a plus. The women's bathroom needed some attention big time. There was no soap. They just... had sanitizer in the bathroom. I want you to look closely at my photo, do you notice anything that shouldn't be in my salad? Youprobably don't. I didn't notice it myself until a few bites in. And then I found it an big grape stem. Clearly someone was notpaying attention in the back when they were making the food. The avocado was not ripe at all. It was very hard. They gave me mysalad for half price due to the grape stem being in my food. Their banana bread is really good. Read more
We came here on our way to Michigan for some hot food and they did not disappoint. Seating was comfortable and warm and our... server Kaitlyn was very pleasant. Food was okay, rolls were a bit cold, and biscuit was a bit salty, but overall food was good. Read more
