My family came here for their thanksgiving dinner menu. We made reservations and yet still had to wait an additional 40 minutes... to be sat. When we finally got seated it took about 10 minutes for someone to take our drink/ food order. Half my family orderedthe Turkey meal, and about 15 minutes after ordering they came out and stated they ran out of stuffing and Turkey. If you aregoing to offer a thanksgiving special maybe make sure you have enough. ALSO: two tables that got seated after us got waited onway before us and got the turkey meal. Very disappointed in the experience, could?ve had a better thanksgiving at a hospitalcafeteria. I give this two stars because our waitress was very apologetic and understanding. Read more

Had a afternoon party and the served the wrong kind of chicken and had to wait a hour and 42min for the right kind of chicken.... Then when we got the bill it had the full bill I would have been happy with 10 dollars of heck we spent $2000 for the party atleast give us a 20 doller gift card. But the manager said we got what we ordered even though it was very late. Food was verygood very clean great service except for the person that took our order when we booked the roo. We came in for a dinner party. From the start very unorganized. Started with calamari which wasn't bad. I ordered a full rack of... ribs. They were the last to come out and tasted like yesterday leftovers very disappointing. Also their full rack is only threequarters of a rack you got one half rack and then half of a half rack. The kids grilled cheese was bigger then their mouths andhad a hard time eating them. They didn't bring the kids food out till last also. Good luck if you choose this place! At leastthe cake is good! Went for dinner on Thanksgiving. We had a reservation but still had to wait almost an hour to be seated. I get how they have... to seat but we had people who got there after us being seated before us which was frustrating. To top off the wait, the onehostess was VERY rude. I understand it can get frustrating when you that busy and behind on seating but she could of talked topeople way better. After being seated we waited for a bit and no one came to our table. A waitress came over and took ourtable even though it wasn't her area. Her name was Tiffany and she was so nice and made our experience so much better. The foodwas pretty good too. We will definitely have to visit when it's not a holiday and hopefully we can get Tiffany as our waitressagain! Read more
