Slowest Chick-fil-A drive through I have seen. Management should go visit others and see none use multiple lanes and then 1... person to take all the payments. Can?t stop here when it?s semi busy, you will be giving up 30 minutes if your lifeunnecessarily. Read more

Took the family after football practice for a fast dinner. I've seen the place with a mile long line, but this night only a few... cars were ahead of us. Fantastic customer service! U order with a real person who is standing right next to the car. The foodwas excellent, a huge piece of chicken for my sandwich! The fries were the waffle style they are famous for. We ordered milkshakes with our meals and this is where my only negative raises it's ugly head. Holy smokes they're expensive!! The milkshakeswere delicious, don't get me wrong, but they must have platinum or diamonds operating the machine back there. Well then againtheir milk shake machine was actually working, take a note McDonald's. We will go back, just not gonna buy any milk shakes.Maybe take a special trip to get that peach one. We rarely go to Chick-fil-A not because we don't like it but the lines are always long. We were surprised at how fast the drive... through was. I timed it from the time we pulled into the queue until we got our order. Less than 15 minutes, I think it was morelike 10 but it was quick. We ordered milkshakes this particular visit and were they amazing. Read more
For the most part food & service is usually very good. Do wish that when you get things like the cheese sauce that you'd get a... full cup not just a 1/2! As far as atmosphere..wish you would have a board with menu on in it for drive thru before you order socan see all the options including the seasonal(maybe one on each side about 1/2 back before order board) because if going thruthe drive thru they usually take your order before you ever reach the menu board. I love how fast & organized y'all are but dolike to change it up from time to time but usually don't because don't know if still have or how much things are or what thereis. Read more
