I swear I order the same thing every time I come here but it always tastes different. I posted this review 6 months ago and... this location is STILL so terrible at consistency. I even ask them to remake my coffee for them to continuously make it wrongevery time. I should not have to ask for this, you should make my coffee right lol I'm paying for it. The hot chocolate tasteslike water btw do not recommend. Get staff who care at least a little. Read more

Ordered everything bagel with cr cheese side of butter and ex ly punkin spice latte husband got bacon maple breakfast sandwich... and ex large mocha coffee...What we got tasted bagel side of butter large coffees and a cold breakfast sandwich. I visited this Dunkin by drive thru on Sun 8-21-22 at 10:04am. I ordered two carmel iced coffees. One with just cream less ice.... Second one was extra cream w/ reg sugar. I received the order and noticed one included French vanilla. I went in and explainedmy order again and got it changed . Then I noticed the second one was wrong plus the one that was just fixed. So I got bothfixed just to have them both still wrong and EXTRA sugary. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
Hot coffee was weak, my iced coffee was under filled, and barely flavored. I love DD, but we will not be visiting this location... again. I'm all for keeping food cost in check, but not at the cost of quality for the consumer. Read more
On 6/27 at 10:22pm I came through the drive thru, the mid aged blonde lady was having difficulty with her end of headset. Asked... to me to pull up and I explained I needed to see the menu. Then when I tired to ask her to maybe try another head set , and whenI did she told me that I was being rude and she wasn?t going to wait on me , and was going to call the cops . I wasn?t beingrude , just trying to place my order . She was very rude and very unprofessional about how she handled the problem she washaving .
