Ordered banana pudding and only got pudding ????
I ordered delivery. 1piece of fish, zucchini sticks, carrot cake. tip the delivery person 5.00. 25.00 wasted to have to still... leave my job. My fish was soggy and greasy my zucchini sticks were burnt and no marinara sauce, and I got red velvet cake. I hadto leave my office to take it back. I observed the cook wiping sweat from her fore head with her bare hands handled monies andcooking all without gloves nor washing her hands. Hell, I didn't even see a box of gloves. To make mattes worse the wrong cakeshe gave me she took it out the bag and but it back in the refrigerator. I was not offered a bottled water for my inconvenienceor anything. 05/29/2022 I ordered a perch and chicken dinner today through door dash and I was NOT satisfied ????. It is advertised online... as 4 wings & 2 pieces of perch with coleslaw and fries. ??????????? When I received my order I only had 3 pieces of chicken???????????. So I immediately called them and I was told that they don't go off of the online menu ???????????????....which Idon't understand since it's ADVERTISED AS SUCH! So I explained to them that it was falsely advertised online and the man gotconfused and said he was just a "cook". I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the MANAGER is NEVER THERE and theyproceeded to hang up on me. They're very rude when it comes to customers service and I will be reporting to the BBB. Do not let the appearance turn you away. The food was delicious. The service was great. The pricing was decent. The only reason... for a 4 star rating, instead of a 5 star rating, was the overall appearance. Again, the food was delicious and the lady wasvery nice. Read more
Hook Fish & Chicken was good. I got the catfish nuggets and fried shrimp with fries. I enjoyed the meal and it stays open... reasonably late. Read more
