We had our redemption anniversary here. The first one was bad. This was great. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Cutlass... goblets were on the tables for water. The place is small but the flavor is huge Two young waiters. Both were friendly andpolite. My husband had the House duck which was half of a duck and vegetables with a bowl of rice. I had Imperial tofu which hada good variety of vegetables and rice. We had a pot of tea. Everything was very good and we left quite happy. Next time I wantto try the salt/pepper tofu. Several options for vegetarians or vegans. Read more

The Imperial Tofu is fantastic!! The sauce is close to a Szechuan sauce but has a slightly different flavor. There are several... different types of mushrooms, baby corn, sugar snap peas, and water chestnuts. So good. Read more

(Note: this review was from 2019 but the quality has not changed one bit.) The best Chinese in the Boardmam/Youngstown area... beside Imperial Garden off 224. They offer an array of standard and custom dishes that set the tone for a great meal andexperience. Helpful, attentive and friendly, I have never had bad service, have always been treated with respect and still, after 7 years, enjoy coming here. There VERY few other offerings in the local area as good as Imperial Garden. PERIOD! Read more

We consistently get excellent food from here. Always comes fresh and hot. This is our go-to for Chinese/Asian food in the area... and it never disappoints. The pu pu platter is the slam and the orange chicken is fire! Read more

Edit* lowering from 5 stars to 3. Came in and ordered something different for take out and didn’t dine in. Food was very... soggy from too much oil and being breaded. So much oil that I couldn’t finish it. Never heard of a place charging you $3.00for 4 pieces of broccoli. I thought it was strange that the person taking my order didn’t give me a total. But when I came into pick up it was too late. I would have just passed. Should have known better and just asked. Disappointing but now I know. Ijust won’t deviate from what I normally get and not add on since there is no real value to be had. I still will return though.Just left a bad taste in my mouth this time… literally. Excellent service. The young lady at the counter was helpful andattentive to my dietary restrictions. Food was fresh and flavorful. Prices are reasonable for food quality and portion size. Theonly thing I could be critical about would be labeling for allergy restrictions on the menu. (Shellfish, vegetarian/vegan,gluten free etc) Many restaurants in major cities are keen to this and it helps the customer make the right choices in case of alanguage barrier. However this does not take away from the experience. Great restaurant. Read more

Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the 330. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the staff is so so so nice and... friendly, the food is authentically cooked and not even greasy and I don’t get questionable stomach flus due to thisestablishment. Hands. Down. My favorite spot to eat. Read more

A restaurant that puts a lot of care into their food and has mastered their staples. Outside the restaurant are lovely trees... and animal sculptures. The door is adorned with lovely patterns and the entryway is gorgeous. I was there to pick up a takeoutorder and they did not mind that I was in my Batman onesie. They were so kind and even included some custard tarts on thehouse. The order consisted of vegetable fried rice, vegetable lo mein and fried dumplings. The dumplings and especially thesauce were nice and savory. The fried rice was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked rice with fresh veggies that I couldn’t get enoughof. Similarly the lo mein had a wonderful texture and was nicely sauced. Everything was great as leftovers the next day. Makesure you walk across the street and admire the animal sculptures, particularly the rabbit. Read more
