The staff was so friendly. Actually showed they wanted to be there and make the customer happy. Our location closed because of... not enough foot traffic. That's because the staff at that was horrible. This location on Belmont Avenue really make you feelwelcomed. Great management great staff. Will be back. Read more
Staff is very friendly! There is a woman who works there and who I've seen at her other jobs and no matter which job she's... working she makes all of her customers feel important and she does so with a smile. It is rare to find this in customer serviceanymore. Read more

Order menu box wasn't wrking, had to drive up to window to order, wrking girl made up for it, but watching the other staff. My... husband saw one wrker, empty the fryer basket into garbage, but pushed garbage container back with the fryer basket. Made mesick. Read more
This place needs shut down! The workers have a $2 work ethic and I found out after I ate my meal the employees don't use gloves... for food handling because it's a "health hazard". Disgusted! I came back after not visiting for a while in hope that theyimproved, but I came to find it to be quite the opposite. The food is still so greasy that I now feel like I have a permanentlayer of grease to me. Not to mention WAYYYY overpriced! Read more
This Long John Silver?s restaurant is better than most other locations. The employees seemed to care about their jobs and... customers. They were very nice, they were informative about the menu, and they worked hard to quickly serve customers. Myhusband and I liked the taste of our shrimp, fish, chicken, hush puppies, and fries. Love Long John Silvers since I was a child. Every time I see one inhave to stop cuz they are all closed where I live. However... very disappointed today. Paid $9 for there new rice bowl and had 4 pieces of shrimp some rice amd some cabbage and cheese. Bowlwas only half full. Not sure what amount they should give but for $9 it should be full. After actually taking it and moving somethings around there was a lot more Shrimp than at first glance. I got the sweet chili and was spicy but very good. Had to chnagemy review. Read more
This place is nasty. Chicken was saturated in what tasted like week old grease and the hush puppies and fries were cold. Threw... the food out. Read more
