The employees at this store are SUPER ghetto. I placed an online order for delivery, that was to be delivered at 915pm. I kept... tracking my order. At about 908pm the delivery time changed to 907pm. I went and checked my front door, no pizza. I called therestaurant at 914pm and at first they were saying my order was ?deferred?. They were pretty nice and professional at first And said the pizza was being made fresh because they were waiting for the driver to get back. After further investigation themanager comes back to the phone (with a totally new personality) and VERY RUDELY tells me it was already delivered and theycalled my phone multiple times. I told him I?d been sitting in my front room and heard nothing AND holding my phone the entiretime. No calls no voice mails. He proceeded to tell me I ?ought to be grateful it was delivered early? oh! And if this everhappened again they wouldn?t deliver to my address anymore and he was so busy he had to go. And hung up the phone. Me and myboyfriend went to the store JUST as the delivery girl was arriving. My boyfriend went inside to speak to the manager and thegirl jumped in. Got smart and called the police lol. I got out my car to calm my boyfriend and she threw her hair in a ponytailand started walking towards the door (like she wanted to fight). I don?t think I?ll be ordering from here anymore. I?m probablyblocked from doing so anyways. But I will be requesting my money back. Read more

Inconsistent. First few times the pizza was amazing. The last two times it was pretty bad. Wouldn't issue a refund after I had... to drive back and forth to return a poorly made pizza, didn't want it remade as I had a poor taste in my mouth. Had a decently large order set up for a party and the gentleman who was working was great. I stopped in about an hour to an hour... and a half before ny scheduled pick up and asked if it was possible to get it earlier. No big deal if not, I was already in thearea for something else. Within about 20ish minutes he was finishing up my order without having to impact any other order. Foodquality was good, cooked exactly as ordered and friendly service. Read more

Ordered online. Said would be ready at 6:30pm got there. And stood there until 6:55pm then it sat there behind her as she played... on her phone. I had to speak up and say can I please have my order? She said ya and tossed on counter. They were rude dirtyappearance. Restaurant was dirty. And the one blonde manager was eating toppings as she put together a pizza. That isdisgusting. Putting your hand to mouth then touching the food. Granted it goes in oven after. But they were so lax and sounprofessional. Never will I go again. First and last time there at the Kirk Rd Austintown location! I drove 8 miles fromBoardman fkr that bad experience. Bad service. Read more
