Just like the food the service is sloppy, wrong and just over all disgusting. I want to throw my food back in the window just... like they do handing it out. The attitudes in this place are hilarious. If they put that much effort into making the food asthey do with the dirty looks they might be somewhere in life. First time I have ever waited over 15 minutes for food I ordered. Ser ice inside was not good bit I didn't want to disappoint my... mom or grandkids with my displeasure. Normally the service is good. I used to frequent this McDonald?s, but lately, it has been HORRIBLE. I ordered a plain double cheeseburger, but it came out... with everything on it. Things happen, so u just went through the drive through again. When I asked for a replacement, theyreplaced it with just a single cheeseburger, which would have been fine, except it also had everything on it. ???? The friesare usually undercooked, and I have asked for new ones, only to have them replaced with more hardly-cooked fries on multipleoccasions. The only reason I gave them an extra star is because the people that work there are nice, even when I ask for areplacement. Also, each visit is usually 20-40 minutes because I have to go through multiple times and also park to wait for myfood. I eat too much McDonald?s anyway, so this will make it easier to start eating healthier. Read more
Two stars because I usually have decent experiences here but today left a really bad taste in my mouth. The drive thru line was... really long and I wondered why. I thought the person in front of me was ordering the whole menu or something. Nope. When it wasmy turn I was told to wait ?one moment.? Meanwhile multiple cars in the other drive thru lane were coming and going. It wasn?tuntil probably 5 minutes later they came back and asked for my order. No apology for the wait whatsoever. I don?t understand whythey can?t alternate between the two speakers. Like take one order from one lan and then go to the other. Wait times wouldn?t goaway but be much more bearable. PLEASE fix this.
