Went through the drive thru and no one took our order. There was one lady working and she just ignored us. Very disappointing... because we were very hungry and Mcdonald?s was the only place open. Not 24/7 if the workers won?t take orders and work!! Read more

As an over the road driver, I stop at Chick-fil-A?s all over. Poland?s is the only one that hasn?t opened their play area. Only... bc you?ve been using it for storage. Now you?re shut down for remodeling. Only to see you?ve bricked up two big side windows.And you?re removing the play area. Shame on you. I remember when you used to be about family. Had family nights. Had daddydaughter nights. Mommy son nights. Had employees dress up as the Chick-fil-A cow. Now non of that. Now you don?t do anything.Now you?re only about money. Food is always very greasy & seems like the staff kind do just "slops" it all together while making your food. Customer service... hardly even exists at this location as half the time the employees just stare at you & say nothing to you at all, are plainrude, or on a slim occasion can be nice, depending on which employee you speak to. This location also takes abnormally long tocomplete just about ever order & you are waiting an extremely long time thru the drive thru & also in the lobby. All in all,worst McDonald's location I have ever visited, second to the Midlothian Blvd store, that is.. Read more
They lock their doors two hours early. Their phone is off the hook. There's no way to actually talk to someone but they'll let... you order for pickup in store and take your money and then not let you in the store to get your food. Trash place. Tell you to pull up to parking space #3. Young lady brings bags over to all 3 cars. As usual, wrong order. Wouldn't have been... bad if the order I received was better than what I ordered, but it was way worse. They gave me two chicken sandwiches. I went through the drive through and ordered 4 strawberry pies a mocha frappe, double cheese burger and sm fry. I was told they... only had one strawberry pie. I'll take it I said. I get my order and pull away. The burger looked like it had been in someone'sback pocket. Ketchup was on the outside of the bun and no napkins, it was a mess. The pie was apple. I turned around and wentback. The burger they replaced with one that was nicely put together. The pie on the other had as you can see is half baked andinedible. Order a double quarter pounder meal 3 McDonald's and a small fry. Didn't have any of the fries in the bag had go back though the... drive thru girl at the window kept insisting we didn't order fries even though Receipt said we bought a meal and small fry.
