Ordered pizzas on my way out and they were okay.

We go there to get pizza all the time. We had a incident a while back where our order was wrong. We called and were told to... bring back the food and reorder our food and pay again for the second order. No refund on the first order. We disagreed with thegirl behind the counter about having to pay again. We were told it was our fault for taking the wrong order. We should ofchecked it before we left. Even though this was a bad experience we have ordered from here again and had no problems. We?ve evencome with big group and dinned in. Today we ordered pizza and when we went to pick it up the girl who waited on us when ourorder was wrong went and got our order and took our money then proceeded to say that we are not welcome there and need to leaveand never come back. Really. We are good paying customers. We leave tip when we dine in and this is how we are treated. Read more

We've ordered from Cornersburg Belleria for years and were always pleased. However, the past few times we ordered ,the food has... really gone downhill. Pizzas are overcooked and burnt on the bottom. Tonight we got two calzones that were too greasy to eat.They were just gross. I hate to say it, but it's going to be a long time before we order from there again. I have ordered from this belleria multiple times and have been very satisfied but this time I ordered 6 Garlic Parmesan boneless... wings extra crispy but was served boneless Parmesan soup. Knowing that there is a staff shortage we called and were very kindand understanding. The women on the phone was very kind and was working the counter today! GOOD JOB TO HER!! But, then after wepick up our replaced order the cook staff must have thought it was ?funny? to just put no sauce on it at all and put it on theside in a TUB! We shouldn?t have to toss our own wings.
