I have always had a good experience here and I never have left a review before in my life but this was absolutely terrible. we... came in at 9pm and we asked to make sure they were still open and they invited us in , the salmon was raw and asked for welldone . The scallops were undercooked , ordered a sangria and got a margarita , got billed for the margarita and the sangria andthe lady said she would take off and that we can keep , they kept it on the bill the manager said that it is illegal that theygive free Alcoal but the server said it is free . So we paid for it because she said she will call police if we don’t we saidbring police but just didn’t want to deal with heacache , the server brought our food with a unlit ciggarete in her hand ,this was truly beyond awful . I went to this restaurant yesterday evening with another family and we were seated immediately. The hostesses were very prompt... and courteous, and hard working! I ordered a garlic linguine Alfredo with shrimp and hubby ordered a salmon bowl. There was onesmall blip, my son ordered from the kids menu; we were expecting battered chicken but received grilled chicken and it was a tinybit on the saltier side, we were wondering why he didn’t like it, and hubby tasted his chicken later and realized it wassalty. Poor kid, he didn’t know how to explain it. Other than that I love Red Lobster and was glad our party of eight,including another family, got seated promptly. Another restaurant out right refused to seat us, which was mortifying since thisother family was a guest of ours for the evening and we wanted to eat and have a good time. Nice clean restaurant!!! The food was delicious and the waitress was wonderful! Every family has that picky eater in their... family,my husband and I was excited to see our three year old eat most of his food!! The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Myhusband ordered the mussels from the appetizer portion and several shells cracked into the mussel and he had to dig them outfirst. He didn't want to chip his teeth or choke on a piece of shell. Some of them he didn't even bother. Others were closed andhe couldn't open up. The closed ones you also want to be careful, you want to make sure they're completely cooked . Always a classic. Came closer to the store closing (30 mins) and the waitress was really nice and accepting of our visit. She... managed to provide us with extra cheddar bay biscuits since they needed to dispose of extras at the end of the night. All thefood was excellent and delivered in a timely fashion.
