Spend $23 on the worst sandwiches ever!! Lettuce was brown & slimy! No tomatoes, oil n vinegar, hardly any meat n really, one... piece of cheese!! A super sub, Italian sub & meatball sub were just GROSS!! I will NOT return, charged me for a cup of ice!!Should of bought the soda but don't drink it!! Granddaughter said the meatballs tasted weird. We threw $23 worth of food in thetrash!! Sad I had to give 1 star, this place deserves negative stars!!! Read more
If you like floor mushrooms.... My friend has only worked here a couple of weeks but she told me Terry saw a frozen fried... mushroom on the floor, picked it up, and told her to bag it and serve it to guests because 'it would go into the fryer and befine'...what business cares so little about their customers they will serve them FLOOR MUSHROOMS??! And for an Italian ownedbusiness to not even make their own meatballs....something is wrong in the town of Austintown. Read more
The bread they use is amazing! The sandwiches never disappoint me. Love the fried veggies as well.
I understand that alot of places are currently short staffed. However when you walk in at 4:57p.m. and wait until 5:35 to... recieve your order. Only to get home realizing that one of your sandwiches has no meat $29.00 dollars later. An when you getback speak to the manager an he approaches the situation like he knew explaining to you before you can why you're back. In myopinion makes it feel intentional. Their were other factors that took place during my wait but again I realize it became alittle busy but they shouldve never allowed me to walk out the store with unfinished product when they knew it was wrong. First of all when you call it?s busy forever, then when someone does answer they have an attitude. Ordered our subs and went to... pick them up the teenager working the counter had an attitude too. I walked up and he said ?give me a minute? and called outsomeone?s sub and told me to ?move over? when I was not in the way of another customer getting their food. Then he grabs ourfood and leans it against what looked like a napkin holder and rang me out and then just stood there, I said ? can I have mysubs?? And he said ?just grab them?. Love this place until recently the quality control has been slipping. Got home tonight both sandwiches were not made right both... dry no oil n vinegar no mayo etc. The cheese curds were over cooked. Such a shame and not worth the 23 dollars. Before covidthis place was awesome. Read more
Food was good. However the service unfortunately has taken a significant drop to service standards. I ordered my meal today at... 7:15pm over the phone. They said 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived at 7:31. I did not walk out the door until 7:58. Meanwhile thereare 4 others that had waited just as long while the kids(the entire staff was high-school kids) were laughing, playing andthrowing fries at each other. I listened to the phone ring non stop till someone must have hung up and called back to listen toit ring again non stop. The associates were saying we close in 40 minutes. Im not answering. This use to be the place for 25years I enjoyed. But the store hiring seems to be killing the quality/professional and service standards. It hurts to leave thiscomment as I grew up loving this place. But to feel like I am at a kids playground, while waiting for my food that took twicethe time I was told. Omg the best hands down. If you eat anywhere you must order here. The bread is from heaven, they don't even cut the meats and... cheeses until you order. The magic in the oil and vinegar is beyond amazing. And the "giant" size sandwich they call their largeis just that, giant. One will feed two teenage guys! Read more
