Food is good but customer service sucks
If you?re reading this trying to find a good place to eat. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMP to go here! Asuka is across the street and is way... better!! I was told my order was going to be ready at 6:05 pm and I stood there until 6:45 pm. I attempted to ask Yung (thewomen who claims to be the manager) why it took so long as well as explaining I?ve been standing here for 40 minutes past mytime. She looked me dead in the eye and pushed my food out of the little window and ignored me and walked away. I called backas soon as I got into the car and she acted like she didn?t understand me even though I know she does. I adore this restaurant! They provide fantastic food, their menu is varied, The cook in that place is a professional, I love... very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are consistently good, the service towards the guests is efficient. I visitoften this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation. Read more

One of the best Japanese Steakhouses in the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys. Competitively priced. Great sushi. Hibachi is a must.... Plan on spending $15-20 a person for Hibachi and drink but well worth the entertainment, portion size, and quality.
