We had a party of 7 . I went ahead of the rest of my party ,to see if we could get a table. I knew we would have a wait for a... table but that was OK with us. The hostess was asking people regular or hibachi ? To me she said you eat in this room . The roomwas a side room , with guys making sushi. In front of the men were boxes and stuff....so the kids couldn't even watch that. Myfriend arrived and asked for a hibachi table . The lady said we would have to wait. That was OK. 45+ minutes later she has putmany parties at at hibachi table. There were open tables also. She said she had a table for us when she came back. As she cameback another large party arrived. They had a reservation. She turned to us and asked us again if we want the side room. Thensaid we would wait very long because of all the many reservations she had. She could have told me that when I first walked in. Sawa is in a mall. we could have made a reservation and came back after shopping a while. We left. I can not give more starsbecause we never ate there. Read more

Usually Sawa is spot on and every meal has been great. Our kids love the Hibachi and are extremely excited and entertained when... we go. However this visit they really failed to impress and we were quite disappointed. My wife and I took my Mother to lunchand it was unfortunately bad. Thier food was cold and dry, seemed like it may have been pre cooked and kept under a warmer orsomething. I can't explain any other reason the food was this way. My meal was good but I got Tempur and Udon Soup. They bothhad Hibachi but off menu not at the Hibachi table. A Very disappointing experience. Read more
What a fun experience! Our chef entertained us and made us all a part of the fun. The kids loved it! He even gave them some... "baby sake" (lemonade). The food was delicious. We had everything from chicken and steak to shrimp, scallops and swordfish! Read more
Excellent hibachi! The fried rice is very peppery? if you don?t enjoy pepper, take note? I enjoyed it though. Huge portions,... highly recommend! Read more
