We came on a whim because we dropped our daughter off at the fair and I will never be back again. Point taken and received... Stonebridge staff! I get it we were not welcome! I had surgery earlier this week so I have been living in leggings andsweatshirts and my husband was out weed whacking so you can imagine we were not dressed for fine dining but I still would nothave treated any customers like they treated us. I was ignored from the moment I walked in until every other person in thewaiting area was already seated and I was practically hanging over the hostess stand. Then she tells me it will be a 20 minutewait till I can be seated takes my name and number. We decide to sit in the front area so after like 3 minutes she says "Iguess we do have a table for you". Then we walk past many empty tables to get to ours. The food was good but we had to waitfor everything. The appetizer and meals were served cold and our drinks were empty most of our visit. Our waitress spent 80% ofthe time we were there standing up with the other waitresses talking. She would swing by every so often and tell us your foodis coming soon and I will bring you more drinks. So you know even though the resteraunt was busy she wasn't just too busy tohave cared for us. Plus her condescending tone and snarky comments ...we got it. We won't be back. Read more

We ordered steaks for take out at Stonebridge Boardman. It was supposed to be cook medium rare and this is what we got. We... decided to bring the first steak back so they can see we?re not making it up. Actually the second steak was even worst. Whoeveris on the grill doesn?t know how to cook a meduim rare steak or doesn?t know how to grill. This is not our first time toencounter the same problem on this restaurant. We are very disappointed. We had dinner at the Stonebridge Grille & Tavern while on a road trip from Minnesota. The restaurant was recommended to us by... the front desk host at our hotel. We were very happy with our selections which were the French Onion Pork Chops ($18.99) andChicken Milanese ($19.99). Our selections came with a house salad and bread. We have been coming here for years. Normally my wife and I would do date night here. We decided to take our children here after... some time away do to the pandemic. A LOT has changed. Very disappointing I must say. The restaurant still has its amazingatmosphere and service. But the food has just changed as far as quality and taste. This is an Italian restaurant... I came withintent to get what I always had/have.. fettuccine Alfredo.. with or without chicken. I have not seen till today an Italianrestaurant with this not on the menu. I even asked the host. Nope not available. Very disappointing.. I get instead a shavedbeef sandwich.. not good. Didn't even finish it.. my wife got the chicken parm.. she thought it was okay, but that she has hadmuch better. My son got the spaghetti and meatballs. He did not care much for it and didn't eat the meatballs. Said frozenmeatballs were better!! My one daughter seen nothing and instead got butter penne.. 3 bites was all she took. My 2 year oldloved the chicken and fries. My 12year old got half a BLT. She seemed to enjoy it. I gave it a 3, because of the fairness of thefamily all together rather than just my meal. But I believe that we have decided to not go back here. The appetizers were thebest part of the meal. Bacon/cheese fries, sampler(though the greens are no longer spicy and seem really plain) and the chickenques. It's sad to see this place drop in quality as there is so much upside here.
