Had a steak hoagie toasted. It was half warm and cold they need to be toasted longer. I took 2 bites couldn't eat it.
Always good quick fresh food plus I had a buy one get one free coupon what a great day
For only having two employees during a b lunch rush, my order was taken quickly, prepared well and the employees were friendly

Just walked in subway on YSU campus, ordered 3 subs and I guess I ordered an attitude from the Male employees working there... what's wrong with these kids today. I'm an older woman that eat at takeout places alot, the way they prepared my sandwich ,didn't want to bag my stuff up and the way handing back my change like I had a disease or something thanks for the food butI'll find another Subway. Just ordered a cold cut combo around 8:30 and called it in" the young lady that took my order hit it100% on the head! The best... tasting sandwich I've had without having to order while there in a very long time...NOT only was she patient but courteous alsoand I just wanted to thank her for a job well done. I ordered online to pick up in store. I get a half hour lunch so I need to be quick. I ordered the Turkey bacon guacamole wrap.... When I got back to work and started eating it it was missing the gaucomole and bacon. So I called the store. They said well wejust got here so we aren't sure who made it but we can remake it for you. Well I cant very well leave work and take another halfhour to get it fixed. Nothing said about a refund or anything. She did apologize. Just would gave hope for a better solution. Read more
