Used to go in a few times a week. Never any issues. Went on Monday august 28th at 8am. The girl at drive thru was RUDE after I... told her the total wasn't correct. It wasn't. Nearly $2 higher. I asked for the manager and she just stood there like * nope*. Iwon't patronize that establishment any longer. I just drove off. Not giving my money out to a restaurant where I'm treated thatway.Whoever trained her, failed. Read more
The menu was weird, the buriereto was too soupy, the taco was ok but it just isn't like they use to be. The service was great.... But I wish things would stay the same for the pastey goo for a burrito is not good. Read more
This is a new restaurant and it was our first visit. The gentleman who took our order was super polite. We had to pull around to... the door for pick up. The Doritos locos taco were as good as usual. I also ordered the new breaded chicken tacos. The chickenwas fried really hard some pieces were difficult to eat. Read more
Second time at this location and I should've learned the first time. Incredibly rude woman at the drive thru Laurel. Rolled her... eyes idk how many times bc we asked questions about the total because it was different at the window than what it was afterordering, called to tell the manager and she was insanely rude as well. I went to TB on Saturday, January 29th around 6:30pm. The staff was absolutely amazing. Completely kind and courteous...& even... helped me order something for my husband similar to two items I ordered that they no longer carry.
