Food was good. Barely had to wait for it to be made. Nice and clean place and people.
Worst place to eat. The people at drive thru window at night shift so unprofessional and rude . They gave me old chicken looks... like black from the sides . And when I called them 7 times they didn?t pick my call after that they finally picked my call Itold them about the food they were rude and they didn?t feel sorry or guilty for giving me bad food which is not good forhealth. She was like okay come back we?ll give you another order. I was like I not talking about my money or for another orderyou guys should need to check that are you healthy food . The girl at the drive through was rude, acted like I was bothering her by placing my order. I made a request for steak instead... of ground beef on my grilled cheese burrito, which I did just 3 days ago, she told me I wasn?t allowed because there was nobutton for it. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window I waited another 11. I get home and the 3spicy potato soft tacos I ordered were not in the bag. Instead I thought I got 6 chicken chipotle melts of which I ordered 3. Iopened up 3 of the chicken melts because they felt light and there was literally only cheese in 3 of them. I took pictures ifanyone cares enough to see the proof. I also paid an extra $.80 for a side of sour cream that I did not get. This is the worstexperience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. After working a 15 hour shift today I just wanted something to eat and instead I getservice like this. Read more
Terrible! I waited for 35 minutes after placing my order inside. I purchased just 3 items. 3 tacos. That's it. Just 3. Why it... took 35 minutes is beyond my understanding. When I kept asking about my food they would say they would check on it but nevercame back. Read more
I drive a commercial vehicle and can't drive through for service. There lobby was closed at 8 pm. The restaurant where I parked... at the T/A has been shut down due to Covid. I walked across the highway and attempted to order some food. They have a note onthe window that they will not serve walk ups. Someone was kind enough to drive through and place a order for me on behalf andthey refused to serve them as well ? What kind of ego trip was this ? Where I'm from and how I was raised was to help others inneed. I will definitely boycott this Taco Bell from now on due to this experience ! I would give them negative stars if possible! Read more
My wife and I were starving and passing through on Feb 19th 2022 while moving to NY. However my wife lost her appetite for the... rest of the day upon discovering a pubic hair in her chicken quesadilla as seen circled in the picture. My food receipt is alsoattached for reference that we did in fact order food at this location. I used to work in food service and normally OSHArequires the workers to wear gloves and hair nets during food prep in effort to prevent this type of thing. Was this a prank bya disgruntled employee? Or are workers not required to wear gloves and hair nets while preparing food at this location? I justrecommend triple checking your food before consumption if you order from this Taco Bell. This is the second time I've had foodtampered with from a Taco Bell franchise. Read more
Two words... Unmitigated Disaster! Entered the building waited in line. After waiting in line was told the dining room was... closed and to go through the drive thru. Waited close to 40 minutes to get my order. When i got my Mexican Pizza the shelltasted like dirty carpet. It was probably fried in old oil. Read more
