I really like this place. I've been there a few times and the food is excellent. The kitchen staff know what's up and they... haven't let me down yet. The bar tenders got you covered too. You can't go wrong with an Empress New Groove. That's mypick! The place is nice too! It's cool because it's right down on Federal St with indoor and outdoor seating. There's reallynot a bad seat in the house. I definitely recommend this place. I keep going back and I'm gonna keep going back. Read more
Service was excellent, Kylie did a great job explaining the menu and she made some great recommendations. I got the peanut... butter burger and it was fantastic. We also got the chicken bites for an appetizer, they were good but will try something elsenext time. Read more

Excellent service, excellent menu and the food was amazing. The salmon was of the highest quality that I've experienced in a... restaurant. The chicken and Italian greens sandwich was also perfectly cooked. Tender greens and tender peppers. The locationand convenience is also a plus. Good adult beverage selection. Got a burger and it was yummy! Good atmosphere, good drinks and good service. They were busy when we arrived but still managed... to serve us in a timely manner and bring us good food. No complaints and I would go again for sure! Read more
Went on a Wed evening. Only a handful of customers at the time. Bartender and server extremely friendly and attentive. I got the... chicken, shrimp, and grits. The chicken was moist and crispy with good flavor. The shrimp was slightly over done but good sizewith good breading. Grits cooked well not to much of a cheese flavor though. I didn't taste any of the honey and I think thedish could use some type of acid or fruit chutney. My boyfriend got the 34 melt. It was cooked correctly and the fries wherecrunchy. First time here! The Empress New Groove (drink in the photo). If you're a lemonade lover this is a good drink to try, thank me... later! The food was really good, got the salmon and the Brussels sprouts thag come with amazing, and unique. Friends got theshrimp and grits and the chicken 34, all amazing. Cool little spot for DT Yo.
