As an employee at that McDonald's it was probably the worse experience I ever had being a cook, being treated so wrongly knowing... how hard I worked over there just wasn't fair it's no wonder why I had bad things to say now a few managers here and there werecool but this year working there was just not the best choice I made, to know people ACCUSED me of stealing was wrong and had ahigher up chastising me over wearing earbuds knowing I'm not distracting or bothering anybody tbh they were looking forattention, well hopefully after they read this review they got my attention! I just can't do fast food jobs anymore at thispoint because I been done caught a case. The respect level shown to me there could have been a lot better but just glad to sayI'm done with that job and fast food jobs ever in the history of me working anywhere. Read more
Service is excessively slow. Things might move quicker is half the service team wasn't playing with their friends during a rush... instead of helping the customers. I had to wait 20 minutes for an online order, but the front girl's friends got their food in 5minutes. Read more
Asked for fresh cookies and received hard ones. I went back in line only for the worker to go put them in the microwave. It was... the same exact pack I had before. I always come to this location and I don?t mind waiting for fresh food. Read more
The managers and all the team members deserve a raise. This is probably one of the best McDonald?s drive thrus in the country.

I was in town for a travel softball tournament for my daughter. I wound up running out of gas actually and got stuck at this... McDonald's for several, several hours. The way this stuff handled my presence was beyond anything I could ever ask for. MissConnie and Mackenze went out of their way to do everything they could to help me. I forgot to mention that I also did not have acell phone... It's a long story... Then after being there for several hours I wound up locking my keys in my car so it was onething after another. They were so kind and very polite and allowed me to use the phone and didn't mind my in and out of theirrestroom. They checked on me several times to make sure I was okay and to make sure I was making progress on my situation. Theywere truly amazing people. A lot of the time I spent sitting outside in my car, never once did I hear the person taking ordersbe rude with a single person. They were supremely professional and completely and totally all the perfection of customer serviceat its finest. This McDonald's was also very very clean and every staff member that I encountered was almost unbelievably niceand polite. Thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience and I truly believe this is the best McDonald's on the face ofthe planet! If I am ever in town again, this will be my first stop! Read more
