Staff was EXTREMELY rude. Asked if it was possible to order a breakfast burrito and the cashier literally screamed into the... intercom, ?ALL YOU WANT IS A BREAKFAST BURRITO?? My regret is that we didn?t get that young lady?s name. We pulled out of thestall we were parked in and went to the drive thru, and that cashier wasn?t much better. We left without ordering anything,discouraged by the staff?s apparent inability to take an order. When I got home and called the restaurant and asked to speak toa crew supervisor. I spoke with Jason who was apologetic and said he would look into the matter. This Sonic location doesn?thave to worry about me ever bothering them again. Got there at 9:50 and sat at a spot unanswered for 10 minutes befor pressing the button again. After finally answering I was... told they were drive thru only. There were several cars all having food delivered to them and their closing time is 11. Thedrive thru had not moved since I had gotten there and took forever once I got in line. Ordered the grilled cheese double burger which is supposed to come with three slices of cheese. It only came with two slices, I... brought it to their attention, they took it back, slap a cold piece of cheese in the middle and handed me back a cold hamburger.Very dissatisfied and I will not return! Just left there after waiting 18 minutes at a ?FAST FOOD? restaurant. Get home, the sandwich I ordered is wrong, the loaded... tots I ordered are just regular tots. Absolutely laughable how terrible this place is. A bunch of kids that can't read, or make a hamburger order right to save their... life, likely due to their goofing off. I don't recommend, yet if you go, definitely check your order before leaving. ???? Read more

I am requesting a raise for the young lady and man running around busting their butts on this Saturday afternoon during a 6pm... rush (September 27) .
