Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. But, today... by far was the absolute worst experience. I can understand being busy. Though when I watch them hand all of my food to the carin front of me. I can see the person go through the bag. As well as open one of the happy meals I ordered for my children andthen hand it back. The guy at the window and the manager behind him. Felt it was OK to still then give me food that was insidesomeone else's car and had been gone through to me. Is completely unacceptable. When I asked for new ones he said it was thelady in front of me fault and someone else's fault that it happened like that. Still insisted that I take the food that had beengive to someone else. Instead of asking me to pull forward so they can make something fresh. The large fry that I had orderedfor myself. They were ice cold. Read more
If it wasn't for my son and his love of McDonald's fries, I would not patronize this place. The service is extremely slow... especially when I use the drive-thru. I sit at least 20 mins with no movement. What is so hard about asking a car to pullforward if it's taking longer for their order? And it's EVERYTIME I go. All I want is a large fry. I've tried the inside too.They are a little bit faster but if I have my son, I try not to go inside. Please do better!! Read more
Took my 5 year old great nephew there 7-28-22. Ordered inside. Rudest group of employees. Amazing they stay in operation. If... I was the owner I?d clean house. My wife said she should have warned me as her 2 prior visits were the same. Last time Iwill ever go there. Read more

Went for breakfast (because waffle house was packed) I was the only customer there. One employee was eating breakfast at a... table. Order went smoothly got my order fairly quickly. Sat down to eat and notice food(fries) on the floor under my table,looking around, there were other tables with chicken nuggets and fries on the floor as well. There were employee eating,going inand out to smoke, talk on phones, to their cars, etc. At breakfast I'd not expect to see fries and chicken on the floor fromthe previous day, while employees obviously did not clean or sweep the floor before closing or before opening and looked as ifthey weren't going to while during operating hours. After waiting in line for 10 mins, you would think you would get hot food (specifically requesting hot food). Here's my fish... sandwich (sloppily made) and fries were cold. I haven't eaten from this location in 2 years. Thought I would give them anothertry. Now I'm done again. Read more
They need to get better employees, it's just all lazy high school kids. The inside is dirty, one young worker was "mopping"... under 1 table the whole time we were eating inside. The drive thru takes forever every time. You can hear the employees laughingand talking bad about customers in the speaker background while taking my order, even cursing. They don't verify what order youhad when you pay and get the wrong food at the window so they have to delay and get your right food. I mean chikfila has allhigh school age employees and stuff like this would never happen so I emphasize the word lazy at this location. Read more
