This Afternoon I used Doordash for the first time. I ordered the party pack 12 hard shell tacos, 12 pks of mild sauce,The... cinnamon balls,and the cinnamon twist.Taco Bell is only about 4 miles from my home but I wasn't feeling good so I decided to gowith Doordash.The guy that brought my food Was very kind but when I opened my box I was very disappointed. No taco sauce! Itried to call doordash back but they said they couldn't help me,not good for them... to call the restaurant so I did. I calledand spoke with a young lady named Marveta and told her what had happened and she was so kind! She said she was so sorry I didn'tget everything I ordered..taco sauce was the only thing missing but that's a big thing when you order tacos... and she saidshe's going to make it right, right away. I never dreamed she would be so kind as to drive my sauce to my home but she did, andnot only did that change the way we felt about Taco Bell, but it changed the way We perceive others before we give others achance to fix the situation .It only took her a few minutes to get here and boy was I so thankful to see her,I tried to give hera little something for her driving out here but she wouldn't except anything,she just wanted to make things right with The placeshe worked for..I could tell when I spoke with her on the phone how much she strived to make taco Bell a better place.This isone kind lady that deserves attention from the franchise and she deserves to be notified by corporate and above .Thank you somuch Marveta...Hope I spelled your name right .The food was great and you made our night so special just by being you and caringfor your customers! Awesome place! Friendly staff. Delicious ???? tasty tacos ????! The manager is extremely nice. I ordered six supreme tacos when... I arrived home I realized I only had five tacos. I immediately called the store to speak about the missing food! The manager wasextremely nice / apologetic. I was told to come back to the store to pick up three free tacos.
