Finna was our services today and she did a spectacular job. Let's start with the 8 year old who took our order, yes it was an actual child. The child's mother sat around giving orders... away from the customers. It was cold outside and FREEZING INSIDE. THE AC WAS RUNNING FULL BLAST AND THE AC FAN NEVER TURNED OFF.I asked for them to turn it off and Vanna and Alex said it was too high on the way and couldn't reach it. I asked again I wasgiven a excuse that it keeps the eggs and milk etc from going bad, essentially the restaurant is a freezer. I laugh at theirignorance and they both say that they will get in trouble with corporate. This is the only one that has this issue. Securitycameras can confirm everything I have written, and I hope this place is shut down or fire most of the staff. WAFFLE HOUSENEEDS TO STOP LETTING PEOPLE RUN THIS BRANCH IN THE GROUND. I haven't even talked about the inconsistent pricing, 22, 17, 16,15, 12 dollars for 4 waffles. I got these prices for waffles, same order 5 different prices in the same week. Came in today at 10:25pm on a Saturday the waiter wasn?t really friendly? didn?t give us any forks, the drinks where terrible?... also he spilled water all over my food and asked me if I wanted him to make me another plate of food? Place was slammed but our waitress was completely unphased. The service she provided was amazing. My egg, sausage and hash brown... bowl? So freaking good. Even the coffee was a step above what I expected. Phenomenal. Read more
