Can't give a valid review other than poor customer service. Two different individuals a male and a female both stated their... computer was doing it's nightly reset and would be down for a half hour to an hour and refused to take any orders. Working inthis industry during midnight shifts I understand this does happen but it doesn't take more than 15 minutes to reset and allstores I've ever worked at we still took the orders by writing them diwn making it and if the customer has to wait more than 10mins we would comp them their meal. Sour dough burger had no tomatoes and was not fried. Next visit ordered 2 medium onion rings and because they were out of boxes... they put them all in one burger box. I didn't know this and went inside talked to the manager, I assume, who said she did this.Well ma'am, I delivered those to 2 separate houses and had to figure out how not to touch other people's food. Wasn't happy with my experience ordered a sourdough sandwich was suppose to have lettuce and tomatoes it didn't ordered curly... fries but got regular fries and the nuggets tasted like they were double dipped in the fryer and the fries were under cooked Iprefer Jack in the box over Mc Donald's but after this experience I might have to go back to Mc donalds Read more

Horrible service. Long wait. The Saturday night crew other than they had me and other?s waiting in the drive thru for more than... 10 minutes to order. The wait was so bad cars we?re leaving because they took so long. I was stuck and couldn?t leave the line.After waiting at the speaker for 5 more minutes for a response the man was rude I asked him for his name and he refused to giveme his name. Hello my name is chelsea I own my own business as well as being an employee to a Business: I hold the position of a general... manager for a company. I would never allow my customers to be treated the way I was treated tonight at two different locationsthe worst being the first one I was at. I stopped at Your young town location and waited in the drive through for 22 minutes andstill did not get to order. At the 23 minute mark I decided not to even order and wanted to just leave The location and neverreturn, as I go to pull through the drive through I was not able to exit the property as they had a customer waiting on thereitems for another 5 minutes. Finally after that customer received there food I was able to finally leave the property! Mind youI did not order or receive any items from this location due to the poor customer service and the wait times. At this point Iwasn?t fully dis satisfied with the company I still had high hopes for the company and proceeded to another location in hopes ofa better quality customer service and less wait times. When i arrived at the second location I was able to order my food in aappropriate amount of time, which was very nice but after ordering my food I still proceeded to wait 14 min before receiving myorder. I am highly disappointed in jack in the box and customer service experience I received especially having to go to twolocations in one night. I will never again return to this company and will advise my customers, friends and family of theservice I received tonight; to not go to this company especially the locations I wasted my time at tonight. This location wasthe WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! maybe they are used to crack heads or drug addicts but they treated me worst than that lowerthan ever never even got a chance To order! My entire family enjoys this location on any day at any time. The food is always fresh to order and they are happy to fix any... problems or issues. If you are food particular, we have learned to check before we drive away. But the mobile app and thedrive thru make ordering quick. Read more

This was in a taco. Employees had no answer when i went back other then to offer me another taco. Even posted my receipt. Won?t... ever come back to this spot and will definitely be contacting the higher positioned people who own this jack in the box. Read more

So I went through the drive thru late at night, around 1am, and all I can say is the service was absolutely horrible. As you can... see in the photo, they offer to sub impossible patties on any sandwich, keep that in mind. I placed an order for a meal, sub theimpossible patty. The lady responded with the worst attitude "We don't have that here." I pointed out that it was right there ontheir sign, and as I'm explaining, she rudely interrupts, saying, "I've been working here for 15 years, I know the menu, wedon't have impossible patties. That's Burger King, this is Jack in the Box." I calmly informed her that they should remove thesign from the drive through then if they didn't carry the patties, and she again interrupted saying "Are you going to order ornot?" I pulled up to the window and was met with even more attitude from a short, larger Hispanic woman. Only reason I leave adescription of the lady is so that, hopefully, she'll be fired for the way she treats customers. Absolutely will not besupporting her in any way by purchasing food from this location. Read more
