Only has 1 person working during lunch. Actually felt bad for the employee. A customer had to show her how to fold a pizza... box. While waiting in line to get my lunch at the Subway in Youngwood, I noticed how hard Tabor was working and trying to get the... long line of customers taken care of quickly and efficiently. He apologized for everyone having to wait. He took care of all ofthe customers while providing great customer service and getting their food made as fast as he could. It?s lunchtime and there is only one person working behind the counter. When we arrived there was 3 people in front of us, he... ordered 1 sub and it took her 10 minutes to make. Then the other couple ordered 3 subs and it took her close to 20 minutes tocomplete their order. I have managed fast food before and I would. Never have 1 person working through lunchtime by themselvesor be by themselves at all. I have been to other Subways and it has never taken this long to get ordered. The "artist" working behind the counter did not know where anything was in the store. "Artist" did NOT know how to make a salad.... This was the WORST experience I have ever had there. "Artist" said they were new, they should NOT have been left alone! Myhusband's salad was non existent! The "artist" failed to give us a receipt, and did not ask if we were eating in or taking ithome! Nice but very slow and they didn't know how to redeem a free drink coupon from their receipt, hopefully the manager will explain... to them how to redeem it. Read more

I hate to give bad reviews, but this Youngwood Subway has some of the most unprofessional workers in the fast food industry. I... don't think its anyone's fault other than parents that don't teach their kids common sense. I won't be going to this Subwaylocation again. Read more
