I absolutely love this 7 Eleven
I would rate this place no stars if I could. The Owner is rude and doesnt have any where withal when it comes to business. If... your smart you would avoid this place! I waited in line with three other gentleman while the owner casually showed all of thepossible options for the breeze vapes to one customer. Mind you this all happened while he allowed his employee to walk to theback, and paid us absolutely no mind. Read more
Not Open 24/7, Doordash pickups only past a certain point
Not actually 24 hour, they "close" and only allow door dash pick ups past a certain time
I didn't wear a mask today and wasn't permitted to pay for my slurpee. In fact, the owner grabbed it from my hands and told me... he'd rather take the loss of profit. As of May 15, 2020, Michigan Governor issued that those fully vaccinated no longer have towear a mask. Apparently this 7-11 store thinks they are exempt from Michigan orders. Not a good look. 9:50am Friday August 10th Possibly one of the worst experiences. As paying customers, our needs should be met. As a regular... customer for 7-11, and spending lots of money at this location itself, I was dismayed at how my friend was treated. My friendcan't control his bathroom habits, and had to use the restroom, but the employee would not allow him, a paying customer, to usethe rest room, causing a very uncomfortable situation of my friend, going in his pants. The employees do have a bathroom in theback, and they do have the ability to let us as customers, use it in an emergency, as they have many times before. Will be nevergoing to this location again. I caught a flat and asked if I could leave my Car til the morning and the guy behind the counter clearly couldn't make a... decision of his own. So he tells me the owner come in at 7 am I called multiple times last night to leave my number because Ididnt think to do it in person. No one answered the phone. Then I called again this morning. He answered the owner wasn't there. because I didnt think he would care to relay the message I told him I'd call back in a few. I call and they won't answer thephone. And I'm trying to avoid having my car towed. Now I have to find my way there. But I wanted to find me a tire first andnobody's answering the phone up at 7/11 for me to at least explain my situation.
