Employee (Yolanda) asked me (customer) for $50!! Disgusted I am not usually the one to complain and write reviews but this is... absolutely inappropriate. Yesterday, November 10, 2022 on Thursday at 7:20 PM. I went through the drive-through at this Arby?son Washtenaw Ave., Ypsilanti, MI. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and a beef and cheddar with an orange Fanta. as I pull up to thewindow, a lady black named Yolanda was there. Now mind you previously the day before, I went and ordered the same thing, but Itipped her (Yolanda) because I feel that they work hard and need to be appreciated. But when I pulled up to the window thistime I went to give her money for my order and she asked me to give her $50. She was not kidding around as you might think. Youcould tell on her face, she was serious. It is absolutely inappropriate to ask a customer for money! I will be calling corporateand the manager of this Arby?s. No one like this should be working in a food establishment/customer service asking for moneyfrom customers. Yolanda should be fired. There should never be a thought in an employees mind to ask a customer for money. Read more

arbys visit was so so. took some time to wait on us. some of the employees were acting immature in the back of the store inside.... the food was pretty good,i thought the lady that waited on us was very nice and polite...i must understand there's a lack ofworkers in this area as well Read more

I'll do all neutral due to it being drive thru. My son still likes having their cold curly fries. Never hot

You can tell the quality of an Arby's by the freshness of the mozzarella sticks. They were semi fresh but definitely not cooked... long enough.. hope that helps. Read more

Food is good. The staff could be better. I order from them using grub hub. In the past when I get cheese sticks I wouldn't get... the marinara. I complained because I got pretty much every other sause they have. Ok fine. So I said in my years working atArby's I always gave marinara with sticks. Arguments happened. So I called tonight to tell them to give me the marinara and theyhad the gull to deny they wouldn't give marinara. Arguments happened. I said I am requesting the sauce. They got snotty,sarcasticly said "ok" and hung up. Don't lie and or gaslight people. Just say "ok" politely and move on. No reason to be mad.No reason to be a jerk. Just give me my sauce and move on. Megan and Yolanda were refreshingly attentive and polite, and the food was perfect. I have twice waited for a 12 minute minimum... in a relatively short line at their neighboring competitors menu board, and have been treated poorly with no response frommanagement. Thank you, Megan and Yolanda for greeting me promptly, being patient as I reviewed the menu and greeting me with asmile at the window. Everyone is short staffed, but you both continue to be examples of superior customer service. I will becheating on my diet more frequently with these two gems. When you have a need for comfort food this store can answer the call. The food is delicious, the service is swift, and the... kitchen is not overly loud. It's a great place when you need a moment in the crazy life we live in to just chill out andrecover. I've always loved the original roast beef sandwich, and the one I had was perfect. Read more
