Very disappointed tonight. Ordered take out via the online portal. The order was not ready until 25 minutes after the time it... was promised, so I didn't get my food until 45 minutes after ordering it. I ordered the pot roast poutine, which is supposed tohave pot roast, cheese and gravy over fries. I got very little meat, a little cheese and no gravy, basically just an order offries. I did call to complain and the manager offered to re-make it or give me a $15 credit. After waiting so long I didn'twant to drive back to the restaurant so I picked the credit. However after hanging up and doing the math adding tip & tax Irealized I spent more than that for what amounted to an order of fries and ended up eating leftovers. Read more
--- 2022-11-14 Update --- The owner of this franchise as well as the general manager have reached out to me to express their... apologies on this matter and things have been made right. I do frequent this restaurant often (generally to go to the bar) andwhile the experience I had was negative, it was only going to deter me from suggesting this as a place for a group to get ameal, not a place for anyone to go to get a drink. That being said, with the assurance of the owner and GM, I will be bringingmy family back here for another try. I have 100% confidence that the issue will not happen twice and am looking forward toreturning. We reallylike the place and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately this review is based on a visit we just had that was absolutelyawful. We decided to take our 2 and a half year old son out to dinner. We get sat and told that our server will be right withus. Ten minutes later we are greeted and offered drinks. Fifteen minutes after that (with no communication in between) we getour drinks. Ten minutes later we are offered an appetizer. We order our full meal, we've been here 35 minutes. We know what wewant. We wait. For an hour we wait. No table touch. No approach at all from our server. She passes us and refuses to make eyecontact. Our toddler is furious. We are anxious to get him out of there. At the hour mark I go to the bar as I feel I'd have abetter chance talking to our bartender to just leave. Our server sees me and asks if anything is wrong. Holding my tongue Itell her we are ready to go. She tells me our food is almost ready and if we want they can box up our orders. I agree and myfamily goes to the car to wait. Just outside of the water park found this gem. Hot food great service I would recommend this place for family dinner for sure.
I can't comment on many items on the menu because I have a favorite that is my go too when I visit. Feta cheese bread and a thin... crust pizza. Delicious!!! Staff is always polite and attentive to patrons. They are always busy but the wait never seems to bevery long. Reasonable pricing, clean restaurant, with ample parking. Read more

Outstanding food and staff. Didn't have to wait jumped right up to bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender with a nice... smile and a hello. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu i order shorty afterwards when my guest arrived. Thechicken sandwich(awesome) with fries and a calzone. Pepperoni mushroom happy hour cost $6 great deal (any 2 toppings you want)this restaurant is clean safe and a lot of fun to visit. I will be back again when im in town. Oh Gosh i really wanted this. I love this place and am sad I don't live on this side of the state!!! Great food. Great staff.... Great vibes. Just an overall great place to get some food. The pizza was fantastic! We got the meat pizza minus the Italian sausage. They put an adequate amount of meat on one side of the... the pizza. The other side though very tasty, lacked the same amount of toppings. The sauce is Awesome! Tangy yet mellow. Itreally made the pizza! The thing I liked most was that the atmosphere wasn't loud. The music nor tv's were loud, therefore thevoices made a normal hum that was completely comfortable, and so you could have normal conversation! We were there on a Fridayafternoon.
