I visit the biggy coffee on Washtenaw maybe every two days. they?re always on top of it. I do not remember her name and I?m... sorry for that. She has blonde hair and she?s always working the cashier. She is phenomenal. She is so sweet always welcominghas great drinks suggestions? I just can?t say enough about her. As a college student coffee is always essential and this biggby is located conveniently right next to EMU?s campus. The staff... are always nice and welcoming and the drinks are great. I have been coming here a couple times a week for over a year no andhave never had any issues! Read more
I love Biggby and this location . Staff are usually nice though today was not the case. Once my order was ready I went up to... grab it and I was told very rudely that this was not my order and it was the other person who just ordered. Mind you I waswaiting for 10 mins. I replied nicely stating this was my exact order and had been waiting, this had to be mine. Staff ignoredme and proceeded to make other orders. I believe this staff member was being trained today and I took it into consideration shewas overwhelmed. Though I was left standing there confused. Thankfully another staff member confirmed it was mine after I wasblatantly ignored. I proceeded to ask for a straw, I had to ask MULTIPLE times as she kept ignoring me. Once again I was notacknowledged until the other staff had to step in and ask that she give me a straw. I was confused by the whole situation and donot understand why I was not being acknowledged as a customer. I typically love this location, hope this doesn?t happen again. Read more

Pretty nice biggby coffee. Service was fast and friendly. I will say that the big bee looks rather old and outdated on the... outside. But once you get inside it's your standard biggby coffee which isn't bad at all. All in all pretty good franchiselocation for Bigby Read more
