Ordered 2 breakfast meals. Got home only to realize my hash browns are SO greasy I can't eat them. I go back later in the day to... get a replacement or something of the sort and the manager is RUDE and says she can't do anything cause she doesn't workbreakfast!?!? And asks me for my reciept! (Had your employee gave it to me like he/she was supposed to, this wouldn't be anissue) I've been in management in the food industry and this is really sad and unacceptable. Ordered pickup to make it easier but inside was closed. Waited in line to get the food sadly. I got home and the crispy chicken... was undercooked and they messed up my order a bit. Burger King is good and this was not that. I would recommend not going hereif it?s busy :/ Read more

I go to a LOT of Burger Kings, & this location is by far the BEST in the entire area. They are quick, friendly, & in the... hundreds of times I've gone thru their drive thru, they have never messed up my order (I believe they are the ONLY Burger Kingin Metro Detroit that can make that claim). I have literally never had a single complaint at this location in all the time I'vebeen coming here (it's on my way home from work, so I stop here a LOT). Read more
