This is the worst experience of my life. I ordered pizza 30 min till close and got a confirmation email it would be done before... close. Drive all the way up to the store to be told ?the computer crash so we did not make your order? that really sucked nodinner me! If I can check the email that was sent to me I bet they could check the email their system sent to me. Next time ifyou don?t wanna make my pizza just give a girl a call. Pizza had no sauce. Breadsticks that are supposed to come with pizza sauce, came with garlic butter instead. So we ate cheese... bread with a side of bread for dinner. What is this. Would have rather saved $50 and made a frozen pizza. Read more
I've been ordering food from this particular location for a few years. There's plenty of options for pizza within 5 miles from... my house, but no other establishment meets the consistency or quality of this Cottage Inn. It's located in a gas station. Thismight be a red flag for some, but ignore that. Full kitchen, kind and dedicated staff, and the food is dependable. I'm prettyclose to the edge of the delivery limit and I usually receive my order more quickly than expected. Honestly, I can't offer anyhigher praise than the following: If you have the option of ordering from this Cottage Inn, do so. You won't be disappointed. Read more
I ordered online for pick-up and made sure I was 10 minutes early so I could get it right out of the oven. When I arrived,... there were only 2 orders up, mine and one other, sitting on a rack waiting. I suppose there could have been some, but I didn'tsee any heating lamps on the shelving holding the 2 orders. Both the pizza and Italian sub I ordered were lukewarm when I gotthere and got even colder on the 4 minute ride home; they didn't even fill the car with good smells on the way back and thatlost a star right there. Pizza was half baked and sauce didn't cover the bed (?) of the pizza. There was no crust-edgeflavoring even though I requested one. I requested oil & vinegar or low-fat Italian dressing to put on the sub (also barelywarm), but it wasn't in the bag with the sub. They made the food in a rush, and too early. Our order originally arrived 30 minutes late. The pizza that arrived was lukewarm. Half of the lettuce in our side salad was... wilted, so we threw it out. To top everything off, they neglected to deliver one of our pizzas. As I type this review, we areover 2 hours from when our order was supposed to be delivered and after promising to receive the missing pizza in 40 minutes, westill do not have it. No offers of discounts refunds or coupons from management. Easily the worst customer experience I haveever had with a pizza place. Update: The missing pizza that was paid for that was going to arrive in 40 minutes? yeah, it neveractually came. This place is the worst. Read more

We used to really enjoy getting takeout from this cottage inn as we live very close and the food was always great. Within the... last 6 months it's been going very downhill unfortunately. The last 3 times we ordered, the pizzas were okay (some were verygreasy), but the everything sticks have been almost inedible. Tonight we ordered again hoping things would have gotten better,but not so much. Sandwiches were good but the sticks were not fully cooked, did not have the everything seasoning on them, andhad so much butter it was dripping out of the box. How is this acceptable to give to someone?! Not sure if management haschanged or what, but someone needs to go over customer service and the proper way to prep food with the employees. Read more
Placed a delivery order that was cancelled on their end without notice, but I was still charged. Tbd when the money will show... back up in my account, but more importantly, their ordering website should shut down delivery orders for the day WHEN THEYACTUALLY STOP ACCEPTING THEM. I've worked in e-commerce, and it ain't that complicated. At the very least, I should have beenoffered free food for the inconvenience and suspended funds, but nope. Disappointing all around.
