I ordered a large Peppermint Mocha Latte and Everything Bagel with toasted with butter and cream cheese. The latte did not... taste like Peppermint. When I told the guy at the drive tru window he said that he would add two pumps of Peppermint syrup. Anemployee said to the to tell me that it costs .10 cents for extra syrup. They were out of Everything bagel and the guy did nottell me until after I paid and asked me if Plain bagel was okay. Which I said yes. The bagel tasted like it was day old bageland hardly any cream cheese. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EVEN THE MANAGERS ARE RUDE IF YOU COMPLAIN!! WORST PLACE EVER! Everytime I go there is some issue and at this point shame on me for continuing to go. This time I went to go... inside and the door was unlocked and workers and customers were inside and I was asked to leave and go through the drive thru.Which had 10 cars in it. Screw that went down to Tim Horton's. I will NEVER return. I highly suggest that people read thereviews before they visit or order from there. Read more

I come here fairly often and am overall happy with their service. I really like the iced vanilla latte they have and their food... is overall good. The people that work here are always friendly. Compared to other Dunkin’ locations this is one of the betterones around. I guess my only complaint would be is that the prices are kind of high, but I guess it’s like that anywherenowadays with the prices of everything going up. Read more

ordered a sausage wrap and received this. I guess I was expecting something different? tasted fine but almost $3. also ordered a... small latte with toasted almond. I subbed for coconut milk which was an extra $1 (for an actual tablespoon of it) and they put 2pumps of the almond flavoring in it making it completely overpowering. drank about half. this order was a regrettable $8. If I could Rate this location a zero, I would. The management or lack of needs to be re- trained in customer service Not only... with customers, but with their own staff. From the minute we walked in, to the time we left the whole experience was less thandesireable. The experience started when we entered the dunkin donuts, we stood there waiting for 10 min without anyoneacknowledging us waiting to place an order. We were waiting very patiently because it was a busy Sunday morning. Manyemployees walked past us waiting to order and not one person acknowledged us . I finally had to great a Staff member and saygood morning and ask if anyone can take our order. The employee then turned to a male manager and asked him what they weredoing about in person orders . The manager then proceeded to tell us they were too busy and could not take our order at thecounter and we had to go out to drive through or order through the app A sign posted could have avoided THIS FIRST ISSUE . Weare not from the area and didn't have our phones wirh us. We then had to go to drive through to wait another 15 min. Nowexpeiencing a very Rude impatient emplyee taking our order . While ordering we had to confirm 3 times what our order was, it wasalmost as if the person taking the order was not paying attention. When we get to the window to pay, we are handed 1 coffee andour donuts. We were waiting for the other 2 coffees. The employee at the window then asks if we are all set and if we neededanything else. We replied that we are waiting for the rest of our order, when a female manager jumps in and rudely tells usthat the order is not done and they are still making it. We simply responded to the employee's question. We then prodeed to get the rest of the order only for it to be WRONG!!! The Female manager was extremely rude and unprofessional not only to us ascustomers , but to her staff as well , which made for a very unpleasant experience for the staff member and us. I ordered through the app because this location can get busy. The maple bacon was great, donut holes were fresh, and the... hazelnut pumpkin coffee was still hot when I picked it up. Cashier at the window was very friendly, and took the time to makesure she gave me extra napkins. She was genuinely nice and I wish I'd gotten her name to give her kudos for being so sweet! Store didn't have anything I wanted. Certain sandwich they advertise ..... Was not available. No Cold Brew ? Just... Ridiculous The speaker you order at- The girl was so loud I wanted to drive off Definitely will not be back to this store Read more

I don't appreciate being lied to. This isn't the only part of my bad experience, but it was the part that caused me to leave... this review. Story Time: I pull up to the speaker at the drive through and order an everything bagel, toasted, with avocadospread. After a few minutes of silence the employee responds back with "I'm sorry we can't do that our toaster is down". Iresponded back with, "That's fine not toasted then." After another delay the employee responds, "We don't do that here." I haveplaced this order at other locations and have been charged for the bagel and charged separately for the avocado. I didn't wantto be difficult and take up anymore time in the drive through so I asked, "Can I just get an everything bagel then?" Theemployee then questioned "Would you like that toasted?" Just infuriating and a total waste of everyone's time! Don't lie tocustomers please. Read more
