Please don't order from here they are very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I placed a order on their website the order... was never delivered. I called and was told by door dash that the number they put In was incorrect therefore the driver madeseveral attempts to the wrong number to try to contact me they placed the restaurant on the line with me for me to be told thatthe driver stole the food and that the manager was out so I could not have my food or money replaced. Never heard of a managernot being available! You would think they would try to make this right however they didn't and told me they didn't care either. Read more
Awful service. This place used to be so amazing. Now its cover with bulletproof glass and they don't have the same attitude as... they used to. Also they forgot my sauces and falafel sandwich was mostly all bread. Read more
Pre pandemic this was THE burger spot in ypsi, now it is one of the saddest places in the city. It's one thing that the... atmosphere is gone, but the food went with it as well. Not sure if there mightve been new ownership recently but its reallyfallen off. Read more
Decent food. Horrible customer service. And if they mess up your order. They get sooooooo mad at you for noticing that they... messed up. If they had better attitudes. It'll be a 5 star place. But sometimes the sh***y customer service is overlooked fromthe good food. And make sure you pay with card and not cash cause the cashier can't count and will not give you the correctchange back.
