Please don't order from here they are very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I placed a order on their website the order... was never delivered. I called and was told by door dash that the number they put In was incorrect therefore the driver madeseveral attempts to the wrong number to try to contact me they placed the restaurant on the line with me for me to be told thatthe driver stole the food and that the manager was out so I could not have my food or money replaced. Never heard of a managernot being available! You would think they would try to make this right however they didn't and told me they didn't care either. Read more
Awful service. This place used to be so amazing. Now its cover with bulletproof glass and they don't have the same attitude as... they used to. Also they forgot my sauces and falafel sandwich was mostly all bread. Read more
Pre pandemic this was THE burger spot in ypsi, now it is one of the saddest places in the city. It's one thing that the... atmosphere is gone, but the food went with it as well. Not sure if there mightve been new ownership recently but its reallyfallen off. Read more
Decent food. Horrible customer service. And if they mess up your order. They get sooooooo mad at you for noticing that they... messed up. If they had better attitudes. It'll be a 5 star place. But sometimes the sh***y customer service is overlooked fromthe good food. And make sure you pay with card and not cash cause the cashier can't count and will not give you the correctchange back. if i could give ZERO stars i would. everyone says not to eat here and i ordered a burger and fries. the fries were MOLDY extreme... amounts of mold like they had been sitting for days in room temperature! and my ranch was lumpy and spoiled!! When you first walk in you think it was closed bc they had the lights off. I made my own burger with the combo. I spent 17... dollars and I was expecting to be wowww. Nope I was Slightly surprised. The burger was tasty and fries are good. I just want tospend 17 dollars and be amazed. I would come back if they had a bigger pop cup and if you are making your kitchen visable pleaseclean the Blender. Read more
The quality of the food is not like it used to be before, I got a burger and it was split in pieces !!!! The wings seems to be... in a gravy rather than sauce !! The place stinks and I feel sorry because I used to like this place and the quality of the foodused to be much much better. Read more
The food is epic, the smoothies are exotic! Highly recommend, coming back tomorrow!
