Inside dinning is a little rough. Use the kiosk for sure, they do not have staff to bring it to the table though. Everyone is... hustling and working fast. VERY busy location, but we didn't wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. The dining roomdoesn't get a lot of attention though. Our table was clean, the store in general was clean, but all the garbage cans were fulland ketchup dispensers were out (not sure if the latter is intentional). They did not have a dedicated cashier, thus use thekiosk. The drive thru line was huge when we exited to leave, but they killed it FAST. Very impressed. Both lanes almost to theenteance and it was cleared in just s few minutes. I suspect they are short on staff which explains the dine-in issues. Thedine-in experience gets a 4 because of the issues listed, but the food was hot and fresh, the people were pleasant. They'rejust very busy and short on the 1-2 people they need to keep up. I always ask for ketchup packets for my ???? fries. When we looked in the bag, we were surprised to see how generous they were.... We had ordered 3 lg. fries. There was a dozen or more. Thanks McD's. They also had two lanes for drive-thru service. Veryconvenient and fast. They are a very busy place but seem very efficient. Read more
This McDonalds has a bad reputation. Today they redeemed themselves. The lobby was open, tables were clean. We placed an order... via the kiosk, in moments a staff member brought our cups to us, and before my husband came back with our drinks our foodarrived. They got it right!! They got it fast! Staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. Way to go McDonalds. Keep up thegood work. Read more
HORRIBLE! My husband originally went by here on his way home after work. I had been busy with stuff at home all day so I texted... him to get us food. They forget two fries, a 20 piece nugget, and the diet cokes that went with the meals. He went in to getthings taken care of and the cashier walked away from him as he was talking to her. He came home upset because he couldn't getthe food we paid for. I called back and the lady knew exactly who I was talking about. She said, "Why isn't he still here? Whydid he leave? Now, we have food and no one to take it." Mind you this was a half an hour later! Then, she said what food are youmissing. HOLD ON! I heard her say to another co-worker I'm not dealing with this! The other worker got on the phone and Iproceeded to tell her about the missing food and what happened. I had to drive the 28 minutes there to get the food and thenwhen I got there the dine in was closed and I proceeded to the drive-thru. I told them I was the person who called about themissing food. She said I have no idea what you're talking about and I can't hear you! Pull forward! I went to the first windowand the person there knew exactly what I was talking about. She told me to pull forward and they would have my food. At the nextwindow the person gave me the third degree! Asking me if I paid for the food, twice she asked what food I was missing! Like Iwas lying about it all! Why in the world would I spend hours now on end with McDonald's about this? Like I had nothing betterto do!? Seriously! DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is horrible, unprofessional, childish and needs proper supervision ASAP! I had to wait almost 40 minutes for this... overly cooked greasy food. All because I asked for it to be made fresh at the speaker. Normal request right?! Wrong! I got thefood and it was drenched in grease!! Yup, you guessed it they double cooked the food, and was acting as if it was normal. Theybarely wanted to refund me for this greasy mess. Read more
Was actually served burned and dryer out chicken, completely uneatable. Refused to sit in line at the drive thru to get fixed,... how anyone would have made the sandwiches was unbelievable. After talking to others in the area have been told to steer clear ofthis location permanently. Read more
