Should be 0 stars for zero food. Says the lobby opens at 6am. I went at 8am and again at 9am. Doors locked. No one will even... respond to a knock. Tried ordering for curbside pickup through the app and they canceled it. If you are a truck driver like me,or have no vehicle, or cant fit your vehicle through the drive through, or any other reason for not using the drive through,this location says you can go F yourself. the worst McDonald I've ever been too. there is no customer service whatsoever. the teller was impatient, speaking very very... quickly and constantly asking what else, what else. I told the person at the window that we wanted the fries to be crunchyfresh. he said they just came out when the the car in front of me pulled in. I tasted and it was warn and saggy. I told himit was not fresh. he said: it probably cooled down because the car in front of you. I said that that car probably spent lessthan a minute at the window. he then said he wasn't the one who packed the meal. they also made mistake on my kid's meal so Ihad go inside to sort it out. then I also found that there were literally only 5 or 6 stalks of fries in the kids meal. I askhow come there was so few fries, they used to be a lot more. the response: I didn't pack it. No Way I'll ever be back to thisplace! Read more

Like most McDonald's, shake machine is down every other day. Lately machine breaks down after ordering and paying and I find... out at second window. Staff is very nice and great at their job. Read more

Havent ate McDonald's in a while but I remember this being the best one around. I go to the drive thru, ordered 2 mcdouble with... light mayo. I received 2 burgers with bacon on them(I don't eat pork), I go back though the drive thru and the employee wassuper rude and acted like she wasn't going to replace the bacon burgers with my original order. People shouldn't be so rudeespecially when they are the ones to make an mistake. I ended up not eating the food because I feared someone did something toit. Smdh Read more

McDonald?s is great. Even through the pandemic. They did the best they could, but recently on repeated visits, the fries are not... cooked enough. McDonald?s is renowned for the fries. Not so much from this store. You can do better! I have faith in you. Read more

after using the kiosk to order, we realized that all the items that were marked off and unavailable to order actually WERE... available. after getting our bags, we didn?t get half of the items we ordered. i also want to add that the entire time we wereeating, the staff was shouting across the store through the lobby and walking around the lobby talking to other workers. iunderstand that these employees do not get paid enough for what they do, believe me, but this was the worst experience i?ve everhad at a mcdonald?s and even any fast food restaurant. side note- the bathrooms were unclean and there was water all around thetoilets. After placing a drive thru order, I have been waiting at the first window to pay for 10 minutes with no one in front of me. And... no employees saying anything whatsoever. Just walking back and forth. They need all new staff and management. Read more

Order food and waited almost 25 minutes to get it. Big Mac was made with old beef that seemed to have expired and tasted like... they used mayo, LOTS OF MAYO, instead of Big Mac sauce. I tried to call them over 150 times during a 2.5 hour period of timeusing an app that autodials when the number is busy. Never was able to get anything but a busy signal. No corp number to callthat was receiving calls. This is a good sign that McDonalds is pretty much done now. Never going back there again. It?s beena long journey, but this restaurant has probably reached end of life since they can?t figure out how to deliver a reasonableproduct backed by customer service to help customers who don?t get what they ordered. I?ll file a complaint with the creditcard company and move on. Avoid it if possible, as you can easily see in the reviews this is a normal experience and will onlytake your money and frustrate you.
