We had been traveling a couple hours and wanted to get out of the car to eat, plus the drive through lane was long. We went... inside, followed by another customer. We were all looking at the menu board when the employee behind the counter mumbledsomething about mobile app. We all looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders as none of us made out what she said. As wecontinued to look at the menu board employee turned again and shouted inside orders were for mobile app orders only. Othercustomer said to us she didn't have the mobile app so would go elsewhere, I said the same and we all left. Probably for thebest as the inside looked filthy. Read more

The African American guy passing out food in the drive thru with dreads has the worst attitude I?ve ever experienced from a... customer service employee. After being almost handed the wrong order I explained to him that I only had a Carmel frappe. He said?did you pay? I showed him the reciept and he responded ?well they?re saying you didn?t pay? told him I did and he becameargumentative. I asked if he would pass me the frappe so I could leave and he said he needed to put a lid on it. There wasalready a lid on it. I waited longer in the drive through line and I finally asked what was taking him so long to pass it outthe window. He argued more about a straw. 3/4 minutes went by with cars behind me also waiting. Finally a girl grabbed the drinkand said ?I?ll do it? and passed it to me after he refused to! To type this is only a tip of the iceberg of the true experience.I felt threatened and I felt uncomfortable and I?ll never return. Not a 24 hour place. Drive thru only and they just won't answer the drive thru if it's too early or late. Meat is usually... undercooked or feels like it's been sitting there and they just reheat it really quickly. Only thing I feel is safe at thisplace is it's fries and drinks WITHOUT ice. Idk if they ever clean their ice machines cause I've gotten floaters in my drinkswith ice. Does anyone know the actual hours for this place? Read more
considering how short staffed I know they are, the quality is impressive. lobby is always clean and the people at the window are... nice. sure they aren?t open 24/7, but its absolutely ridiculous to act as if that warrants a one star review. the weekly hoursare always on google, so i just check before i go if its late. problem solving is easy and I recommend it cuz some of thesereviews are ridiculous truly. I've frequented this location a fair amount of times over the years. It's pretty much always been slow. That's pretty ironic... considering it's a fast food restaurant. But the app is just so good and why would I ???????????? go to McDonald's and get twoBig Macs or two quarter pounders with cheese (no mustard or pickles, add mayonnaise ????) for the price of one? Anyway, I've nowbeen twice in the past two days and have been utterly and totally surprised by the speed of service from the moment of arrivalat the drive thru screen to bag of food in hand. I bragged to my co-worker today about how fast it was yesterday and then wasable to show him first hand how great it was again today! I don't know if the day shift has new managers or if everyone has juststepped it up, but I want to say "WELL DONE." Read more
Screw this place! Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and it came with mayo and tomato? That?s not how it?s shown on menu. The... double cheeseburger meal were flat, and the fries cold and unsalted.
