To be honest it's the most busy pizza joint around always over an hour wait for the food if not longer. I have had days were I... didn't even get my order because they were so busy they couldn't get to my order and closed before they did. Horrible service. Just ordered a pizza 2 days ago and got it delivered, no problem. 2 days later i make another order for... delivery and not only did they not deliver, they said they tried to call (ive been in front of my phone all day. Zero calls,)and now they apparently dont deliver here. Even though i literally placed an order with them around the same time 2 days ago andgot it delivered by the same exact location. Oh, and when i asked if they initiated my refund since they were not going todeliver, they told me they were holding onto it until i called. Personally, i've worked at a few pizzerias before, and at everysingle one, if we could not honor your order, you did not have to ask for a refund, it was already processing because we couldnot honor your order. Mediocre food, horrible communication, F for service. If you value your time, money, and food, do yourselfa favor and go up the road to Happy's. Read more
Had a taste for a cheesesteak hoagie , I ordered from here once before the sandwich was so good only thing was they toasted my... bread a little too long but it was still very good and my fries ! The washtenaw Ave location is closed on Tuesdays. I happened to want a pizza delivered on Tuesday so I order from this one, the... guy on the phone (I think his name was gus) said that my address is in washtenaws jurisdiction, but washtenaw is closed. Thedrive from my house to this location is about 6 mins, they can't drive 6 mins on a Tuesday? Not to mention the lady at the storewhen I picked up had a horrible attitude. I ordered online and it gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. I got there a little early and when I say it was hot and... ready!! Normally are order is 4 star's or 5. But last couple times my subs were not up to par. Hardly any cheese on my hoagie, and 3... very thin slices of beef on my roast beef deluxe. Everything else was real good. Maybe it was some one new.Have to say the ordercomes fast. But for me take a couple more minutes. In all thank you. Read more
