Only giving 2 stars because the chain itself has good food BUT THIS LOCATION needs to get it together or close. Seriously! I... ordered ahead because I'm on my lunch and arrive to be told it's drive thru only. Other reviews have mentioned that on otherdays only Inside Service is available. This is ridiculous! Choose one or the other AND if you're offering the option to orderahead, offer a way to pick up without having to go through the stupid line! Personally, I'll never order here again because thishas been going on for over a year now. Apparently, this is just how they're going to run this location. Other places seem tofigure things out but this place can't, so I'll just take my dollar elsewhere and only buy Popeyes in locations outside ofYpsilanti! Read more
The chicken was well worth the wait. There was a bit of a line as the place was busy.
We were only guests in dining room when we arrived. No one greeted us or looked at us while they attended to drive-in customers.... After about 10 minutes, another worker arrived and said they'd be able to help us in a few minutes. By this time there wereadditional guests at the order counter. It took about 20 minutes to finally get some food. And we were charged $2.99 for theCajun rice that was advertised on the board for $1.99. This Popeyes is not the same as others. Their 3 piece is a wing, leg, and thigh. Three times now I've ordered the three piece... and no breast. Not to mention they sell their large mashed potatoes and gravy with the same amount of gravy they put on asingle serving. This last order cost me over $18 and I didn't get the side that comes with the dinner, not the extra side(large) that I paid for, nor the dessert beignets I paid for. would rather give a 0.. i never leave complaints but they got every single part of my order wrong. i ordered spicy tenders with... red beans and rice, biscuit, and a chilled strawberry lemonade. they gave me regular chicken tenders and a regular lemonade.there were no sides, no sauce, nothing else but tenders and a drink. and both of them were wrong. then they said they wouldntrefund me or redelivery my right order. I've had a couple of negative experiences with this location over the past year. However, I recognize that a lot of it has to do... with the ongoing pandemic. I visited recently, intending to pick up a quick lunch at the drive thru. I pulled up and waited fora while, before the woman instructed me "Inside only". Okay, I can deal. I just wish they had put up a sign. I get inside, andthe older customer in front of me is paying cash. The woman at the counter informs him she doesn't have any coins for change.They go back and forth for a few minutes. Eventually it gets sorted. Then, the manager was talking with another customer insteadof helping put out orders. The cashier was doing EVERYTHING on her own. I felt bad for her. Please just be aware if you visit,it might take a while. I was there about 20 minutes (only three people ahead of me). The food is great though! I even got anextra chicken tender. Read more
Smallest piece of chicken ever for a 7 dollar meal. Literally only took up half the bin my fries were cold from waiting for... twenty minutes and I got coke with no syrup left instead of Dr Pepper. I normally love Popeyes but this one the service was not good. There was a special advertised on TV, a big sign on the window... and a scrolling message about it on the menu board, and when I ordered it the employee didn't know what I was talking about andwanted a code. There is no code. He had to get a manager.. I ordered the special and an extra large side of beans and rice. Theygot the whole order wrong, wrong sides and no beans and rice. Either I got someone else order or they really messed up. Thechicken didn't taste as good as usual either. Read more
