Save your money and time. I ordered online and sent my parter to go pick it up. Well that was a bad decision. We were told they... were out of meatballs for the sub and that they could add double the protein on one sub. No thanks, this was for 2 people andthat?s the price of a foot long for extra protein. So she tells them what I?d like instead and they said they couldn?t do that.So they cancelled the order and I had to re order off my phone ( gift card) but the refund didn?t process for a long time. Onceit did, he helped another customer before helping my partner, who had been there for 25 minutes at that point, trying to dealwith their mess up because they didn?t block out their out of stock product. Save your time and money - DO NOT GO HERE. Bad service, not clean, bad food... This place is close to my house so I have been... ordering here and every time its a disappointment. The guy that works there is rude (he should not be working customer service)and goes out of his way to give you bad service. I ordered extra mayo on my sandwich and he put so much I could scoop it outfrom the outside of the bun. I wish I took a picture of my sandwich for this post. Disappointed. My motivation for going today was mailer which included numerous coupons. Upon arrival I was informed they do... not honor coupons. This is a deal-breaker. I will not return. On the up-side, line staff member Johnny was apologetic aboutthe coupon issue and, of course, he had no authority to rectify the situation. He made great sandwiches and maintained apleasant, professional demeanor. Read more
I have been coming here for over a month, every time I visit the staff makes my sandwich just the way I prefer and they actually... care if you are satisfied. If you didn't have a good experience here, just tell them and they will make it right. Read more
The lady who helped me was very nice and quick however the whole reason I came here was because I had a coupon for a free bag of... chips with my footlong purchase. There was no sign or warning that the store wasn?t accepting coupons because the system wasdown and therefor they didn?t uphold the coupon sent out. Im very upset by this and I wish a manager was there I could speak toso I could just get my bag of chips because I know that?s not the employees call.
