Sorry for the 2 star. Trying to get your attention. I actually think you have pretty excellent service, but I think you have... garbage out front. What happened to saying ?we will be with you shortly/ in a few minutes?. They just don?t say a word and let the line get longer... and longer while you sit there saying ?hello, is anyone there?? about a dozen times. It wasn?t until I told the car behind methat they must be closed that the worker finally spoke up, and said they were ?dealing with something?. It looked like theemployees brought their kids to work and that is probably why they keep the dining room locked. I don?t mind people bringingtheir kids to work, but that probably is interfering with the speed and efficiency of completing the orders. Read more
The gentleman at drive thru was very rude asked to speak to manager she came to window I told her the gentleman at window was... very rude and she said he's having a bad day and walked away. Got my order everything was messed up and some stuff wasn't whatwe order went back to window the manager said well that's what you order I said know it isn't she's like what do u want to do Isaid we like are food that we order she said take it or leave it I said well give me my 42.73 dollars back she said I can't giveyou all of it I said what! Called manager the next day she said she would look in to it I haven't heard anything about it oranything. So I will be calling a step higher. Poor service... I write this about most fast food places: when they're doing things right, it's really good. The question about any fast food is... whether or not they're consistently doing things right. The answer for this Taco Bell location is: they're pretty much doingthings right 90% of the time. This location can have a little bit of a wait, but they get the orders right and they take carewith assembly. The wait has always been reasonable in my experience - 3 to 8 minutes is typical in my experience. If you likeTaco Bell, this is a good location. Read more
